For many reasons people have varying preferences, and most Brands of SIP phones should work with the IEWC platforms. There are however a few brands that's better supported than others.
The following brands are supported by our auto-provisioning platforms, and can be configured in a zero-touch manner in most cases. All you need to do is load their MAC addressese to our systems, which will then communicate with the systems provided by the manufacturors in order to ensure that the correct configurations are deployed onto the devices.
This is our preferred brand due to it's cost effectiveness, ergonomic design, and due to them working well all-round.
Well trusted, rock-solid stable, we are still seeing some 15-year old devices in the field, which says a lot.
Also a long-standing brand, with which we have much less experience overall compared to Yealink and SNOM, they do however have the advantage that their support teams came to the party in order to address concerns we had regarding their provisioning mechanisms.
